It looks kind of cheap.

Very thin. There is a waffle pattern but it's kind of shiny. It looks kind of cheap. It's for kids bathroom so I'm not returning it, but I wouldn't have purchased it if I saw it before I bought it. It's actually very similar to the fabric liner I normally use inside my shower curtain.

Pros
  • It's a beaut. Light, clean and crisp. Bought it just to stage our house.
Cons
  • Not true to pictures. There are no silver rings around the shower hook holes.

Snagged terribly after 1st wash.

Snagged terribly after 1st washing. I bought a similar one, and it is holding up well. Much more expensive - $26 – and with a liner.

Pros
  • pretty curtain, just got into our new house and haven't had a chance to hang it yet!
Cons
  • The curtain may be too understated for those who prefer bold bathroom decor

Color is definitely NOT what was presented in pictures or description!

The color is awful! It was described as Stone, and the pictures showed the greyish, stone color which is exactly what I was looking for. However, this curtain is actually a goldish tan in color. It is definitely NOT stone! I am so disappointed as I had searched all over for a shower curtain in the Stone color. And to top it off, I now have to pay return shipping. I will be leery of ever ordering anything with a color choice from ebay again.

I love the waffle curtains in hotels so I tried to .

I love the waffle curtains in hotels so I tried to replicate the look with this Maytex version. It is a good value for the price. It does not look fancy or expensive in person, but I didn't pay a fancy price. I would definitely recommend. However, when we renovate our bathroom, I will look for a higher quality version. It functions exactly as it should. Overall I am pleased with the purchase.

  • The waffle texture may be difficult to iron or steam, leaving the curtain looking unkempt

Color not at all as pictured

The color is MUCH darker than pictured, more of an oak brown than stone color. The raised part of the waffle is more shiny than the rest of the curtain. Not what I'm looking for.

  • Goes great with my curved shower rod.
Cons
  • The waffle texture may be too busy for some users, detracting from the overall aesthetic of the bathroom
