Cute, but the battery falls out when unpacking

The product is cute and lights up very well with batteries, but after installing the batteries, the battery post popped out. Now I have to glue...

Unique and super cute!

I was delighted with your purchase and they did not disappoint! Fun, festive and I really enjoyed it. Put them on a shelf and use them as evening/night lighting in the kitchen.

Very cute and festive.

I ordered this set, it's VERY cute. I like it. BUT one of the pixies is not glowing. So I was sent a replacement set (with instructions on how to return the first set) only to find out that the second set also had one of the gnomes that didn't light up. Not sure what the problem is (same gnome in both sets - the one that doesn't light up) and YES, I've tried different batteries and tried multiple times to get it to light up. In general, everything is said. I like the set but want it to work…
