A Different Way to Journal

This is my second season using the "6 Minute Diary" and I am happy they had a different version with updated quotes, a different week summary, etc. I have always journaled on and off, for years, but the problem was I couldn't stay committed. I wrote in the first version of this diary twice a day, every day for 6 weeks and I know I will stay committed to using PURE as well. I am hoping a third version comes out (hint hint). I recommend this diary to my coaching clients who want to practice…

A way to focus on great moments and gratefulness!

I purchased " The Six-minute Diary” and then followed it with the "pure” volume. I tried to then use another format and found my brain looked forward to starting my day with gratefulness and ways to make my day great! So, I purchased another six -minute diary . it has changed the way I think about my days and I’m better for it!

This is great best in my review

I really do like this journal. It helps to focus on the positives of the day, so it's a good tool to help change your mindset about life and things. The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish there was more room to write things. Some days I just have so much to write that I write all over the page.

Beat motivational journal!

This is way better than the regular 6 min Diary-it has a weekly reflection section which helps you evaluate your week & highlight areas you may have forgotten about. It really keeps me on my toes & habits! Highly recommend!

no proper packaging

The book is nice but there was no proper packaging (not even the amazon shipping package) upon receiving the item. The only protection this book had was a thin plastic wrap, which was punctured during shipping. So, the book was really dirty when I received it.

Good format good for me

I like the format of this journal a lot more than the original. It is better for self-reflection. I also like that it has entries for full months whereas the first one has only 3 months + 2 weeks which is just bizarre.

Transformation life journal

Love the guided questions and the quick easy format. I love that it’s scientific based for life changing results. I’ve been using this journal and formerly the 5 minute journal journal for over a year. It works. I do my journal every day for the first time in my life.

I liked the original better

I purchased the pure version after completing the original. While this version is very similar I do miss the weekly journal prompts. If there is a third edition in the works I hope those will make a come back.That being said this journalnis very easy to use. I have never been one to keep a consistent journal in the past, but this book defidently helped me build that habit.

Recommend for self use / presentThe thought and love put in creating this diary is well noticeable and highly appreciated.The content is precise in all measurements: structure, guides, chosen affirmations, periodically retrospective Qs and suggested challenges.The design is also of great quality: great smooth paper, pages color, and durable hardcover.

A great daily practice

I loved the 6MD and bought the follow-up once I completed my first 6MD. This journal is equally beautiful and well laid out, with the daily prompts and monthly check-ins. I do like this journal's focus on checking in with yourself across many facets of your life, and the prompts are helpful unlike other journals that just say the same 3 things on every page.It's a great way to keep yourself aligned and look at the positives, while also striving to improve your life through better habits. Great activity to do with a partner

My partner and I fill this out together in the morning and at night. It has helped us appreciate the little things more. I feel more grateful and I love being able to look back on memories. I've been writing in it since we met and love going back to special moments in our relationship from our past. This is an awesome journal. Get it!
