Great product, fast shipping & amazing support

I like that they are constantly adding new products to their line up. Their customer service is always top notch as well! It really helps when you have an issue with your order or need help setting something up for someone else in our office. They don't offer any discounts for bulk orders so it can be pricey but if you're looking for some great ergonomics software then this should definitely be at the top of your list. We use EZergize to track employee work hours and input them into our payroll

Pros
  • There aren' t lots specifically geared towards small businesses however what does exist tends make sense regardless no more having weirdly named buttons because "this button will send email x" instead just click here

Excellent consultant, especially when it comes

I have worked with several ergonomists over my career. This is by far one of the best ones - not only does he know his stuff but also has excellent customer service skills! He was able to adapt quickly as our needs changed and we were always updated about new developments in workplace design. It would be great if they had a more formalized process for getting an evaluation done so that there are less surprises down the road. But this is nitpicking. Great experience overall. Incredible Customer Service and Management Team

I have been an employee at EGO for 10 years now with 2 different companies under their umbrella (EGO / UFORIA). They are not only helpful in sales but also support is great as well! Their customer service team will do everything they can to make your experience pleasant while working there! Nothing really negative about this place except if you don't like it feel free to leave!!
