This is a scraper like no other.

This is a scraper like no other. If you do engine work. you need this. If you have to scrape on a precision surface. you need this. Be careful tho it is very HARD and SHARP. Came with paperwork that says they will resharpen it for FREE. USA MADE.

Whicked awesome gasket remover!

This is the perfect tool for a professional mechanic. I’ve been in the field 20 years and wish I had known about this tool sooner. It gets it done! Forward and back! It saves so much time cleaning gasket material, silicone, what ever really. It was recommended my my machinist after he gave us crap about our "prep/ rollock " discs. Doesn’t leave a ton of material everywhere like the die grinder. It’s nice die head jobs too.

Great tool, replaces razors and putty knives.

Fantastic tool, very sharp, used for cleaning up gasket mating surfaces. Worth it's weight in gold. No more razor blades or putty knives for this guy! Used many times over two years and hasn't dulled.

This is a great scraper.

I use this scraper to scrape build up of calcium like material on ceramic tile on the waterline of my swimming pool. The scraper is excellent at removing the buildup on the tile.

Works much much better than the razor blade gasket scraper I used to .

This was my first time using a carbide scraper. Works much much better than the razor blade gasket scraper I used to use or the sanding disc on my angle grinder

Very good scraper. As others mention

Very good scraper. As others mention, it works best when pulled towards the user. Also, the angle of attack must be very steep, above 45*, compared to most push style scrapers which work best with their edge almost parallel to the work piece.

Excellent tool - worth the money

Just replaced the head gaskets on my Subaru Outback, and used the scraper to clean the mating surfaces on the engine block and intake manifold, following the excellent series of YouTube videos from South Main Auto. Works like a charm. It's sharp enough to get stubborn stuff off yet relatively easy to use without scratching the delicate alloy surfaces. If you're using it for engine work and you're not used to scraping delicate surfaces, I would suggest practicing on the less critical surfaces…
