Great Job Board/Recruiting Tool: The Sourcery

I like that they do everything in house, which is very helpful if you're looking to create something new. They also have an excellent API so you can easily integrate with your software. Their support team is also fantastic, always willing to provide help. Sometimes it's hard to find solutions to certain problems. For example, I had a case where we were trying to get a client to upgrade their database to the latest version. We had a solution but no way for them to implement it because of lack of

Pros
  • Very smooth compared most websites today especially ones using flash technology.
Cons
  • All fine

Great resource & always willing/able

Their ability to help us find quality talent quickly, and in many cases before we even got started! They are also very good about providing feedback, so they're not just another tool that we can use when looking for candidates. I wish there were more options than "web" or "email." The Sourcery was launched in April 2013. At launch, they offered two levels of service; Basic and Premium. This week they announced a third tier called Gold. As yet, the pricing structure has not been published. Their website states "We'll provide everything you need to get started." But their FAQ page says that there are three tiers of services - Basic, Premium and Gold. So, I'm assuming that Gold is the top tier. If that's correct, then the new tiers appear to represent a change in focus from

Pros
  • However, to make sure that people find what they want, the Sourcery offers three tiers of paid subscriptions that cover different features (and the cost of each tier)
  • Provides a good range of candidate matching criteria that should help you attract top talent.
Cons
  • The company hasn't been around long enough to prove its reliability or stability
  • It would be interesting to know how many candidates they've placed for clients since the company was founded.
