Great for cooking yerba mate

I only bought this to cook yerba mate at home and it does the job perfectly. My drink is so strong my heart beats regularly!

Pros
  • Home & Kitchen
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Nice but terrible performance

I love the look of this French Press so I bought it but it spurts hot coffee and grinds EVERYWHERE you go diving. I think the extra part of the spout has something to do with it not working well. Get another one if you don't want to clean up your coffee mess every morning. Too bad, because it is a magnificent and high-quality ceramic.

Pros
  • French Press
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

a significant disadvantage of French Press

In general, this is a very beautiful and functional French Press. It works well and is a little easier to clean than other French presses I've had. Although there is one significant drawback. The lid is made of bamboo, which is very permeable to water and has not been processed. Broke after a week of use. I have never exposed the lid to water except during normal cleaning and drying. I never soaked it. Note that there is a plastic barrier between the lid and the coffee. I don't know how it got…

Pros
  • coffee, tea and espresso
Cons
  • vaguely remember
