One of the rubber pads on one of the legs came loose and had to be glued back on. Usually a big fan of Thermaltake products but this one was disappointing. My previous case was a Core G21 and loved it, but the new motherboard pins blocked the SSD mounts. Also, I've used Commander Snow on my girlfriend's PC as well as her Water 3.0 AIO liquid cooler and her Riing fans and they're all great. Pros: I like the quality of the case itself. Very durable and quite roomy when it comes to ventilation. The front and rear fans do a great job of keeping airflow cool and keeping the interior fairly cool. Appeal to the manufacturer for replacing the fan. The fan made a soft rattle and also reacted incorrectly to the RGB controller, e.g. B. A faulty fan that stopped a red light when the RGB lights were off. I also had an MSI B450 and an Asus 570 motherboard installed in one case. In this case, I've just assembled my new computer. Biggest Complaints: 1) I wish the top grille was less thin. Attaching the fans was a pain because they kept popping in and out under the pressure of the screwdriver. 2) There is no obvious way to clean (remove dust) the front panel. 3) The RGB controller is "buried" in the included cables in their pre-installed brackets. A few inches in the back would be a lot easier to work with. I ended up untangling all the cables to keep them out of the way

Obviously this tower is the top build of an epic computer. It gives you plenty of room for whatever build you aim for and has the best cable management I've seen. Love the lines it has, love where the hard drives are located and the power delivery is great! This leaves very little clutter in the board and card area. I love that aspect.
