Used once. Precise convenient easy to use. Big plus Automatic on/off when the probe moves. Reading graphics is clear, like crackling. Waterproof! Honest review of gOg

Good thermometer.: Meat

It was an impulse purchase. but i really like it. The temperature readings are printed in a fairly large font. My husband now also grabs it when he grills. husband and wife approved.

Conversions that aren't easy to understand

Figuring out how to convert C to F wasn't easy; This is the main reason I felt it didn't suit my needs. I'm assuming it was correct, but I'm not sure as my recipe didn't come out right.

Stops working after two months

Could be used. It worked until it worked. I ordered this on December 8th and now it hasn't turned on since February. I threw away the batteries but it won't turn on. It was accurate, but it's not an instant-read thermometer, so don't expect it to take temperature readings right away.

Easy to use, ignition is a must!

This digital meat thermometer offers accuracy and ease of use! No more cables connected to tangled probes. You just turn on the thermometer, stick the probe into the meat, and in a matter of seconds you'll know the temperature fairly accurately. As an added bonus and a must for me - the temp is lit! This one works right out of the box, including the battery, is reasonably priced and delivered quickly. I highly recommend it!
