Thank you for Revain. My husband was smoking a batch of ribs when his thermometer went down. He found replacement parts and received them within days. As the holidays get closer I'm sure they'll be used quite a bit.

I really wanted some extra probes for different projects but this one didn't work after the second use. That's more than 80 degrees below the actual temperature. Warm water that read 78 degrees with a known good sensor showed 153 degrees. Pretty disappointed. look elsewhere

The price was right so I ordered two units and they look good enough, but the terminals on the sensor were too small for my grill thermometer (mine is bad). When I tried to return it I got "This item is non-refundable". So my guess is that even if they are defective, "this item is non-returnable". NO THANK YOU.

I can't tell you how much I love my Thermo Pro thermometer. My probe died but I think it was because I didn't wash it thoroughly enough to avoid getting too much water on it. The new one was sent immediately. As a side note, thermo pro would replace it for free but I couldn't find my original invoice. But it's still worth buying one!

I have used this product to smoke meat such as brisket, pulled pork etc. For me, this is the key to knowing core temperature. are. Lets me know when it's time to stop smoking and place the meat in the foil to finish cooking, as well as when the final temperature is reached. Sitting down and feasting on a cooked piece of smoked meat or fish is achieved. Many Thanks
