If I could give this product zero stars I would. The durability is terrible. When I first opened it, it was in the wrong place inside. I had to adapt. It was a return because my first order was broken so I got this one. Luckily this one isn't broken, but the quality is poor. Not worth the price.

Glass inside. It's much better and the price for the glass interior is even more amazing. Glass retains heat longer and preserves tea flavor better; The latter is probably all on my mind, but this thermos is definitely a good buy. Surprisingly not broken as it arrived in a plain bubble envelope that slid around everywhere. I will be returning this thermos as it doesn't keep anything warm, the coffee drips when poured, the lid doesn't even close tightly! The thermos used to be a good product but not worth the $20 I paid. Very disappointed!

It's cheap and does what I need, keeps coffee warm for hours until you brew more. The main disadvantage is the seal/valve seat. This is something your disassembly will fail to clean up.
