Doesn't work well as a coffee mug

Style Points: 8 (the mug itself looks really nice) Ability to function like a coffee mug: 5 (works well without a lid) Ability to get coffee in your mouth: 1 (I doubt the air hole really goes through the lid) The fact that I have to enlarge the air hole with a drill to be able to drink from this coffee mug with lid gets 2 stars. Update: The air hole has been fixed and I'm upgrading it to 3 stars.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options

Hot coffee for 4-5 hours as described

Most people write reviews about cold drinks which is not the site I was looking for. Hot drinks are more important to me. So I make my coffee at 7am and it stays hot until 11am. But still moderately hot around 1-2pm. But the trick is, when you're brewing your 16-ounce coffee, the remaining empty amount doesn't hold the temperature as much. So if you fill it to the max it will stay hotter longer due to the pressure and less air inside I think.

Keeps coffee hot for longer

This is my third or fourth THERMOS 22oz travel mug. It's NOT because they wear out. It's because I'm losing her. Usually the rear bumper of the previous truck or jeep flies off somewhere along the road. Once I managed to recover something that flew from the edge of the parking lot into the ground next to my office. It was pretty beat up but still worked great. I will buy them until they are discontinued. Love this mug, big enough and did I mention it keeps the coffee hot

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

The body of the cup is excellent. The lid is poorly designed

High quality thermos but the lid is disappointing. Why spend money on a stainless steel thermos body and then put an uninsulated lid on top? It doesn't stay hot like I was hoping. Even more frustrating is having to lug around a napkin because if it's half full, you'll end up with a wet nose with every sip. When you close the flip-top lid, the coffee drips onto it, which then fills your nose the next time you drink it.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • No mold required

A GOOD CUP BUT NO LID.

I love this mug. BUT I ONLY use it around the house and in the yard, instead I use old ceramic coffee mugs as coffee cools down in less than 10 minutes, this MUG keeps it HOT all morning for me with a REALLY EASY to clean lid. This is an old model made many years ago and the mug model has never been updated. So the LID is NOT 100% tight. DO NOT call it a TRAVEL mug. But it's great to use as a regular coffee mug around the house like I do and I love it!

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Sad hardware

Good size, holds temperature well, lid leaves something to be desired

I like this design for its size, shape and handle as part of the lid design. There are a few things I don't care about but that gets a 4. - The design of the lid is a little different and the position of the hole in the lid is small so even with a full mug you have to lift the lid further than necessary for the liquid to reach the hole. The flap part, which folds back to cover the opening, does not stay open when the mug is tilted and lands on the nose. No pressure to force it to latch onto the

Small for its capacity, still hot for hours.

We have other vacuum insulated mugs that keep coffee hot for hours, but I was looking for a mug with a handle. A handle isn't usually needed on a vacuum insulated mug, but often I have to use both hands and there's no level place to put anything. This mug is perfect. The handle, which is part of the lid, ensures that the mug will not tip over when the full mug is hung from a branch, fence, belt, bag or whatever. The flip-top lid seals completely, doesn't leak, and is more convenient to use than
