Approved for everyday use.

*** Update a few years later. I ordered 4 more of these but they changed the sticker to one of those you just can't put down. What a disappointment. Downgraded the rating. I will probably buy others. Did a test with this and Yeti. Both beers were 33 degrees. I took a few sips of each (the amounts were exactly the same when added), left them out in the Florida sun for an hour. I checked them with a digital thermometer and the yeti was at 40 and the thermos at 42. I drank both and couldn't tell…

Test all KOOZIES! ! ! (or at least 5)

Winner Thermos! (because it's 1/3 the price of a Yeti) So I did a test with a Yeti, thermos, Coleman style, thick foam and neoprene kuzi... and nothing at all as a control. I cool 6 cans to 34°. Each contained exactly 8 ounces of water. (didn't want to waste a beer...or drink that much) Why 8 ounces you ask. Nobody opens a soda or a beer and takes even a sip or two before forgetting they have it. For anyone complaining about it not fitting in a custom jar... Stop whining. Manufacturers cannot…

Good product, bad packaging.

Let me start by saying I bought 20 of these about 10 years ago. I was impressed with their quality and bought enough for all the people I work with. They kept my drinks cold for 3 hours and I was able to extend that time to 5 hours by putting them in one of those styrofoam cans. Well I lost what I had when I moved so I decided to order again. When I ordered them before they were direct from Thermos. They came in a small display case. Came from Revain, no box, just one of those postal bubble…

Thermos wins.

I bought an RTIC and thermal cooler (aka stainless steel thermos for 12oz soda cans) Fits: Screw the plastic ring onto the glass. This holds the glass securely, even if it has a slightly smaller diameter than the inside of the refrigerator. • Thermos: To put a glass in a fridge thermos, simply place the glass in the fridge. The soft, removable rubber ring applies just enough pressure on the glass to loosely hold it in place. My can of Coke Zero slipped out when I grabbed it by the top of the…

Farewell Kuzi, farewell Yeti.

This product was suggested to me while talking about Yeti Colster. I like it more than I imagined and now I'm getting approval. Coozies and Yeti are just too big to hold in your hand, lawn chair coaster, or any drink holder for that matter (hey, you can put soda in it and drive). You can put a 33 degree drink in a thermos, garden at 100°F for about 20 minutes a day, come back for a nice drink, and a cool drink is still waiting for you. It works! Surprising because it's really thin walled. I…

Bought 20 of these 10 years ago. There are now 5 left after friends have "borrowed" them over the years. During this time I tried to find replacements on auction sites but to no avail. Then I see them on the day sale here last week and I'm double closing - they must have brought them back in response to Rambler's Yeti. My answer is surprising: Bought >>50<<! Yes, 50-40 on the first order and 10 more after thinking about it a bit. Blissful! Smaller and easier to use than the Yeti…
