Very disappointed that the 44 inch wide roll was folded in half before rolling leaving an irreversible crease. If your windows aren't 22 inches wide or less, you've got an ugly mistake. No heat from a hair dryer will remove this crease.

I have purchased Frost King vinyl products before and have been very satisfied, but this roll is completely different in transparency to previous rolls. Vinyl was folded in half before packaging to make a 22" x 18' roll. a defect at the end of the roll but after I cut off another 2 feet it also broke at the crease. Luckily I was able to use the defective vinyl for my project. But if I need a piece wider than 22 inches, I'm going to run into trouble.

Ordered this vinyl for our windows as CRYSTAL CLEAR. It's not crystal clear, but opaque! Expected smooth and crystal clear plastic. I've bought 4mm vinyl many times, often a little wrinkled, but ALWAYS crystal clear. The roll I received was covered (on both sides I think) with some sort of wax coating. I tried rinsing. It got better, but still not crystal clear.
