I like how they provide a lot of different ways to get information, including their API. But what I don't like is that there are some things you can't do with them such as getting emails or other stuff like that. They have all the tools you need to make sure your website is safe from bots, and the prices are very reasonable. They also provide support in many different languages. They're one of the best services out there, so go for it, but keep an eye out for any possible issues that may arise.
