I like their webminer engine, it works very well for me in terms of extracting relevant information through different keywords or phrases as you can see below-examples taken directly outta my screen! They don't charge monthly fees which is great considering your business model/budget!! 1.) You have better odds if there are more than one unique keyword per line2) It's best practice not just use only ONE single phrase / word3). There should be some mechanism where they would notify users when an error occurs (if any), otherwise we may think all our mined results will get stuck4.). Have them implement google map API so people could add custom markers5.), maybe also allow multiple domains insteada website link6., this seems important especially with regards social networks such twitter7.- If someone were trying something similar using another software then i'd say check how much time does theirs take vs yours - but honestly mine takes less since im doing almost everything manually8-) The way it shows you all your keywords in one place is great, but i don't like how confusing it can be sometimes with its interface. It's also not very reliable when it comes to showing you what keyword has more competition or less competition so I would suggest trying out other tools before using this tool. But if you are looking for an easy to use website traffic analysis tool then webminer should definitely come first on top of the list. Traffic Analysis, SEO optimization, Keyword Research etc.
