Excellent location and travel bag!

I had been using a Think Tank Urban Disguise 60 bag, fitted with a Kata Insert Trolley when traveling. I prefer the top down design and both bags allow two bodies with lens attached, straight down into the bag, plus several lenses below. The thing I didn't like about the UD 60 is that it is difficult to get to the items below, because there is not a side access option. The Navigator solves that problem, and gives much better top access with the flip lid, vs the center zipper on the UD 60.This…

End the bag search madness.this is it!

I am a bag freak. It seems that a person needs four or five different bags for different types of shooting. Well this bag is awesome! In fact, I’ve sold 3 bags since I bought this bag. The top loading capabilities of this bag is a dream come true. I just have to unzip and grab my camera.I’m able to pack an amazing amount of stuff into this bag. Two full size cameras (one with a battery grip attached and a lens that is 9.5” in length) 4 additional lens (6” or less), foot ring (unattached), extra

Pros
  • I’ve not traveled with it yet. I did wheel it around my living room and made me dog nervousz
Cons
  • Expensive

I spent 20 years waiting for this bag!

I've been waiting for a bag like this for nearly 20 years. What I mean is that I love the idea of a top loader; a bag that allows me to roll from one place to the other, quickly access my gear on the fly, without always needing to drop the bag down, unzip, open, zip, pick up, etc. I had looked at a few but nothing had ever fit the bill.until now! The Navigator is exactly what I had always been looking for!It never has to leave the upright position, and I can even roll it from one spot to…

Pros
  • Substantial construction. Excellent rollers. Lots of options for configuration inside.
Cons
  • Uncomfortable to wear

watch dimensions: my feedback

I bought this case to go to Myanmar with two Nikon FX bodies, 3 lenses including a 70-200, 28-300, and 16-35 as well as flash, small laptop,2 external drives, battery charger and many plugs, cables and adapters. My experience was as follows:PROS - build quality is excellent as one would expect from Think Tank. The split strap allowed it to be piggy-backed on my rolling suitcase. The size attracted absolutely no attention as a carryon on the international flights. The top zipper makes it easy to

Pros
  • Great bag for airport travel.
Cons
  • Not enough compartments

FITS THE MAJORITY OF WHAT I WANTED A ROLLER CASE FOR.

Of course your always gonna want that extra few inches to cram in something different but I am pleased with it. The top load gives me access to my 7DII with a 70-200 IS 2.8, 40D + grip with a Sigma 16-35 1.8 and divider space between to pull out my 580EXII and Blackrapid straps. That leaves space for a Tele extender, fisheye, batteries, chargers, wireless remotes and various lens filters. I took the rain cover out for added room and stuffed it in one of the side pockets since outside the bag is

Pros
  • Well made and easy to use, wished it was a bit larger in height for longer lenses.
Cons
  • Awkward to carry

Think Tank makes great products

As with all Think Tank products great design and quality materials. I'm a professional photographer of 4o years experience and in my opinion Think tank is consistently innovative and progressive.

Pros
  • The bag comes with a rain cover that ensures total protection from the elements
Cons
  • Takes up too much space in a car or plane

It is an awesome great rolling case. Well made quality like all Think Tank products. It’s the only case they make (so far) where the top opens up to easily grab your Nikon D500, a speedlight, a speedlight external power supply, and an extra lens while on location shoots without having to open up the whole bag from the front. I’ve communicated with the makers asking them 1. to make this same design, just bigger (as in taller) on the bottom section to hold even more accessories, 2. much larger…

Pros
  • Sleek and compact design that is easy to maneuver through crowded spaces
Cons
  • Too formal for casual use

Back-saver! in my review

Love that I can fit all my camera gear with room to grow. My favorite thing is that it rolls and is easy to cart to sessions and I can quickly access my gear from the top so I don't have to worry about the rest of my gear toppling out. The only negative is that it doesn't have a designated place for my tripod. I can place it in the side pocket, but it tends to be to tall for that, but it can work in a pinch. Hence the reason for the 4 stars. Definitely a back saver!

Pros
  • Designed with top-quality materials for better reliability
Cons
  • Doesn’t fit in overhead bins

Excellent & over priced.

Other than being over priced by a good hundred dollars, this is a great piece of luggage. The main reason I picked this over others is the top access for loading and unloading. It's extremely handy. Very well thought out.

Pros
  • Has a customizable interior that allows you to arrange your equipment as per your needs
Cons
  • No option for a waist strap

A true bargain. best in my review

Think Tank oh Think Tank, where have you been all my life? You hooked me with your good looks along with your reputation for being a sturdy girl and you sure didn't disappoint. You're flexible to my ever-changing demands, always willing to become whatever I need for a day of shooting and you do it all with style. "Expensive but worth it" should be your motto. We're going to be together for a very long time.Joking aside folks, there's a lot to love about this bag. My wife thinks I'm…

Pros
  • Lightweight and easy to carry around
Cons
  • Frustrating to pack and unpack

Wonderful case! in my review

Wonderful combination of utility, quality and usefulness. Rollers provide the ease of use and the internal flexibility of the customizable dividers allow for individual's to fit it to their needs. Excellent product from a great company.

Pros
  • Comes with a comfortable padded shoulder strap for easy carrying
Cons
  • Difficult to find items in the bag

I friggin love this bag!

I was looking for a bag that could fit most of my gear for vacations and other travel. Previously, I would either take a small subset of my gear or lug my big storage bag using the shoulder strap. But that proved to be a pain in the neck (quite literally) when going from one airport terminal to another to catch a connecting flight. So I looked at a bunch of travel bags. Specifically I wanted one that had wheels and could fit my four primary lenses, plus one or two camera bodies, my iMac Pro…

Pros
  • Comes with an ergonomic design that ensures ease of carrying
Cons
  • Lacks padding for delicate items

Great Travel case in my review

Great Alternative to my larger Think Tank. I take this on smaller shoots and can roll it around with me at weddings. I really like the top opening alternative when I don't want to use the side larger opening. It also has 2 small pockets for accessories and a slide in for my Mac Air. Great product.

Pros
  • Can be easily carried as a messenger bag or as a backpack
Cons
  • Not enough space for camera equipment

Worth every penny. Obsessed with this bag!

Where has this bag been all of my life?! Absolutely amazing. I am a wedding photographer, and it holds all of my gear--three full-frame camera bodies, multiple lenses including a 70-200 zoom, four speedlights, extra batteries and chargers--rolls smoothly (and silently!), and turns on a dime thanks to the rollerblade wheels. Also, the build quality is exceptional and I know my equipment is safe and protected inside. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this bag. Buy it, you will not…

Pros
  • Bags & Cases
Cons
  • Straps easily fray

Best investment of my photography career

This bag is everything I’ve ever wanted and more from a camera bag. Easy to use and customizable to your own liking. Very light to roll around and super sturdy to take a beating.

Pros
  • Amazing good quality products. Love them.
Cons
  • Too many compartments

Great case for heavy equipment

I have found that everything that you hear about Think Tank is true. This case is rugged, great zippers, handle folds quickly and just a quality case.

Pros
  • TT540
Cons
  • Lacks durability

Revainrating 4 out of 5

An excellent bag that is limited by its divider system

The Airport Navigator is one of Think Tank's older wheeled designs but it is well conceived, well-built, and a generally solid choice. Its size and design are somewhat unique, though it is worth noting that Vanguard has created a clone of this bag, the VEO SELECT 42T GR TROLLEY BAG, that addresses the few complaints flyers seem to have about the Think Tank original. But I'm not using the case for air travel. Instead, I'm using the bag as a gear locker. It happens to fit perfectly in a cabinet…

Pros
  • The bag has an adjustable padded divider system to ensure A-grade protection for your equipment
Cons
  • Not machine washable

Five Stars: my feedback

Excellent for my purposes. Could use some interior zippered compartments for filters, cloths, manuals, batteries & etc.

Pros
  • love it, makes it very easy to carry the cameras and all of the lenses.
Cons
  • Limited color options

best purchase I have ever made

I've purchased way too many photo bags over the years. I already have a Think Tank International, but it was too big to take on portrait shoots and it was hard to get in and out of my car trunk. I wanted something lighter that could hold two camera bodies, two lenses (24-70 & 70-200) as well as 2 flashes. This bag can easily hold all of these things and a few more. It's light weight, very mobile and really wonderful to use.The ease of being able to grab your camera or a lens from the top…

Pros
  • 17.72 x 21.65 x 29.53 inches; 8.16 Pounds
Cons
  • Easily stained or soiled

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Get get at 2 cameras from the top.

I ordered this particular camera bag because it was the only one that allowed me access to two cameras, each with a lens on, from the top of the bag. I was actually able to fit a 200-500mm lens on an FX Nikon camera. The wheels are great for rolling the bag over rough surfaces.

Pros
  • Great bag! I've been very pleased with the design and space for my equipment. Would highly recommend!
Cons
  • Not stylish
