Great tool and excellent customer service

The ability to communicate with my client in real time, which is great because they're all over the country! It's also nice that I can have access to them anytime of day or night via email when needed for support questions/concerns etc. Sometimes it would be easier if there was an option to view more than just one page at a time - but overall this has been very useful so far!! It was a great experience working with Kaitlyn. She took the time to understand our brand and our business goals before she got started. The software was easy to install and use.

The software was easy to install and use. However, the support team is unresponsive. I am a small business owner who needs support when needed. Instead, I have been told I should not expect any response from them until the next scheduled maintenance window. That means if I have a question on Monday morning, I will probably wait until Thursday night to hear back. This is unacceptable. They claim they offer 24/7 customer support (which you would think would include weekend), but it does not…
