I like that it's not just another animation tool or template service, but rather an entire solution with content creation built in! It is very easy to use for newbies as well as seasoned professionals looking towards more advanced capabilities (like myself). There are some bugs here & there when using certain modules such as transitions which can be frustrating at times - however this has improved over time so maybe you should check back periodically?
