I have worked with this team for some time now, as well as their customers in various capacities - from content creation to production management, etc. The best thing about them is that you never feel like there's any hidden agenda or ulterior motive when working together; everyone has your back! They are also very transparent and easy to work with. There isn't much we dislike specifically about our experience thus far. Their customer service can be inconsistent sometimes (which may come off grumpy/rude) but other than that everything was great. Our clients love how polished their videos look. This means creating custom transitions between clips, editing out bleeps during interviews, ensuring clean audio levels across all of our sound sources, etc., which makes it so seamless for the viewer.
