Camera or GPS?: Antennas

Sometimes I'm nearly two miles from my house before the camera tells me GPS is connected. Another time I'm standing in the driveway, just pulled out of the garage. The calculated average is closer to a mile for a connection. I don't know if it's a problem with the GPS device or the camera. Otherwise it works fine after connecting. I would still recommend this for a Thinkware F200 camera.

the tape is VERY sticky

I ordered it from Amazon because the big store I bought the camera from had it and they don't even carry it, weird I know. The cable is short so there isn't much work to do with it, you'll have to follow the instructions on the box on where to install it. I have the whole setup right behind the rearview mirror. All you see are three wires from the power supply, the backup camera and this. As the title suggests, the tape is sticky. So pick a location and make sure you want it there.

Too bad it did not work.

i have inavi qxd1500 mini (korean thinkware) it was with gps tracker bit when i connected it to dashboard it changed place and time to korea. After a bit of research I found this one which looks exactly like the one I already have, but the disclaimer says it comes preloaded with firmware and data for US use. So I was hoping this would work. Unfortunately, when I connected to check out, the time and date kept changing to the Korean time zone. Return unsuccessful.

Features Plug & Play

Very simple, Plug and Play with the Thinkware F50. Inserts directly from the side, can be removed and attached with the included 3M mounting tape. Mine is hidden over the front plastic of my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Very quick installation without special tools. There is no monthly cost to use the device, but it offers additional information when connected to an SD card adapter. The GPS accessory shows your speed and, as you drive, documents where you have driven on a map. This is a great…

Works like a GPS. Suitable for GPS, viewfinder and accessories

This product works like a GPS. The description of this product says it has lights and speed camera alerts but none of these functions work. Sometimes it takes about 3 minutes for the GPS to realize it's connected and the dashcam says the GPS is connected halfway to the store. Advantages; Very easy installation, it takes less than 1 minute to install. It works like a GPS. Transcoding will show your speed, it's very accurate. Cons Sometimes slow connection time around 3 minutes No warning lights…

Best dash cam at no cost

Easy for me (former mechanic) to install, but for the average person using wired tactics all you need to do is find a constant and important positive feed . But it has a great picture, one of my cars has one, and it's perfect. Got another one for my truck. By far the best DVR I've found. The low profile for Apple and Android worked flawlessly. I popped in a 128GB card and was able to locate someone scratching my wing. Set the G-sensor to low when driving and to high when parking.
