Absorbent and Good Size

They are absorbent enough to absorb plenty of moisture from an ice cold drink in the hot summer. There is also enough space for large cups and glasses. The base is metal, solid and attractive. The base's feet have felt pads, a nice touch to protect any surface you place it on. I've been using coasters like this for years and needed a few extras. I love the new coasters for their size and will definitely buy them again.

Cardboard did not absorb condensate and did not last long. Cork was absorbent, crumbled first. And metal-based cork worked well for a while, but the cork lagged behind the metal after condensation caused them to warp. It was such a wonderful find! They seemed a bit pricey for coasters but they were worth it! Theyโ€ฆ
