This app is very easy to use! It's intuitive because it shows you what your competitors are doing which makes finding out ways we can improve our business easier than ever before!! The only thing I dislike about this software so far was being unableto post multiple quotes at once but their customer support team were able totake care off us in no time flat. Easy to set up an account with all our current clients as well future sales prospects in minutes! This program is so easy to use I can teach anyone how quickly they are able to get setup without any issues or mistakes being made when using it. I like how easy it is to use (and navigate). It's great if you have multiple people in your organization using this software because there are so many features! The ability to create custom reports would be helpful as well - but we haven't found anything specific yet which makes us wish they had more customization options available at launch time than what was offered with our initial implementation.
