"Powerful Mallet for Industrial Use

As an Industrial and Scientific professional, I needed a mallet that could handle tough jobs. After I put this mallet to the test, I was impressed with its durability and power... The rawhide material held up against heavy use and left minimal markings on the surface. the ergonomic handle also provided a firm grip and reduced fatigue during extended use. The only drawback was the weight, which may be too heavy for some individuals. Nonetheless i highly recommend this mallet for anyone in need…

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting
Cons
  • Quite heavy, which may cause fatigue after extended use.

Bad quality, really useless.

Leather head only 2.5 inches long. The head and handle (extremely light/cheap wood) weigh a total of 3.4 ounces. Hardly a "hammer" to add a lot of weight to what you do. The leather head is coated with a thick, coarse varnish or resin that damages metals. Tried a hammer on a strip of sterling silver to smooth out some of the edges and the silver was scratched horribly by the plated surface. I recommend you avoid this with jewelry or if you need a hammer with stuff. it's coming back Ron

Pros
  • Replacement round wooden handle
Cons
  • Large and chunky
