Garbage throttle cable ruins ride

After I put it to the test ON my moped I was sorely disappointed with this "automotive" part. The cable was bent and didn't fit properly, causing my ride to feel choppy and dangerous. The only pros were that it was cheap and arrived quickly. However, saving a few bucks isn't worth the risk of ruining your entire ride. Look elsewhere for a better quality throttle cable..

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting
Cons
  • Difficult to install and may require professional help

Great cable, right length

The cable worked great on my 1980 Puch Maxi. It was the perfect length, the bent end inserted into the carburetor and secured easily. You need to cut the twist grip side of the cable to fit and then fix it with a screw.

Pros
  • Fits some Puch E50 and ZA50 mopeds
Cons
  • I'm worried
