Compared to other 30L backpacks I own, this one doesn't hold as many things. The Underarmor Huey 30 L backpack literally holds twice as much stuff. The water bottle pockets on this Thule are small and it's almost impossible to close a zippered water bottle pocket that contains an actual water bottle. If you have a full bag, forget it. If you need a small bag of 30 liters. this if for you. You are forced to be a minimalist.

I really wanted to love this bag.

On paper this backpack has pretty much everything I wanted. I wanted the protective case for my goggles, luggage compartment and water bottle space to be strong enough for my hydroflask. I ordered blue and the color is perfect. The bag is strong – too strong. I had a hard time putting my glasses in a protective case, let alone my phone. It was difficult for me to open the bag to get things out. And the luggage cover - it was so tight on the handle of my suitcase that it took 2 hands and some…

Backpack for private pilots

Large and spacious backpack, ideal for travel. I'm a pilot and I fly a lot of jets. I mostly use it as a backpack. Thule is of such quality that even on my many trips, the bag has surprisingly lasted longer than expected. Pockets for everything and an organization system that feels incredibly good. I use this bag when I fly as a commander or just travel. So good that I bought the dob kit and electronics organizer they offer. I love their products in pieces. The zippers are strong and of high…

Best backpack I've ever had

Probably the best backpack I've ever had. The design alone with several compartments for different utensils is worthwhile. This is especially convenient for travelers. I keep my laptop in the back compartment. The middle compartments are good for books and my tablet. Not to mention a hard case for glasses and a front compartment suitable for accessories like charging cables, pens, keys (which can be attached to the internal clip) and anything else you might need. The side pockets with zips are…

It was a good bag in backpacks

I liked the glasses pocket. I liked the way I got up. Liked the organization in the front pocket. I hated the many deep pockets for storing electronics, there are 5. And there is no space for bulky things. My stuff got stuck in deep pockets just as I was about to shove a stack of papers, a book, and a notepad into my backpack and go somewhere. In addition, the superstructured hull made it difficult to see inside. I sent it back because it was very noisy. The zippers pop up loudly, which is…
