Disappointing knowledge of THUNDERBAY

My recent experience ordering hunting supplies from THUNDERBAY was nothing short of dismal. First of all, the things were in horrible condition and the shipping took longer than anticipated. Even sections of one of the products were gone. They were unhelpful and non-responsive when I tried to get in touch with customer service. I won't be buying from Thunderbay again because of their obvious disregard for the needs of the customer.
