I have 2 Sennheiser headphones and my first cable broke. then my second cable was gone. This one fits my headphones perfectly and is less prone to tangling. I have ordered 2 of these. I've only been using it for a few days, hope it lasts. I like the length and texture of the fabric.

According to the description suitable for ATH-M50x. No it won't. The entrance of the ATH-M50x is countersunk. The holder of this audio cable (3.5mm side is too thick) does not fit. I have to use my dremel very carefully to widen the opening of my headphones (ATH M50x) so that I can plug it in. So I got it. and tried. Disappointed to say the least. The bass was hoarse. i have to come back

I'm not going to let my Sennheiser HD518 die and I don't think I can kill it without using excessive blunt force. Only the ear cushions and audio cables are expected to fail. I've swapped them out a few times and this cable seems promising. It is heavily used so any cable performance updates will be added later as an edit.

I hated the HD599 cable the moment I touched it. Rigid, rubber, I immediately went to see what options to replace. And this one is good! The cord is a bit thinner than other braided patterns I have, but it's very flexible and feels strong enough. It's secured into the headphone as securely as regular cords, and the silver hardware is metal, which is nice.

I bought this cable to use with my Xbox 360 version of the Astro A50 headset. Wanted to use it as a chat cable between controller and headset but heard nothing happening when plugged in. 5 star rating because I used the cable incorrectly. I believe if a product is misused it should not be taken as a bad review. (My mistake in buying.)

Using these cables was a little disappointing. Compared to the previous cable, it makes my headset sound dull, muffled and quiet. The cable itself is nicely made and feels better than the original, but the audio quality is somehow noticeably worse. Communication is also very finicky, sometimes only playing the left channel, or in more serious cases just mono. I'm assuming I received a defective block, but until then, be careful.

Bought to replace my old and broken straight cable for my Sennheiser; I immediately compared it to the official coiled cord I have and it still works and the difference in sound is day and night. There are no mids at all with this cable. It's not even a subtle difference, it was a huge drop in sound quality. The cable works so I can't in good conscience give it 1 star but it's very poor quality. Substitute. If that's what you want, do it, but otherwise you'll save your money.

This product is perfect, after using the cable that came with the headphones (NOT this product) for about a year it fell into disrepair. I think some of them have run over my office chair multiple times. This cable is better than the original cable, perfect for headphones. There are no media or volume controls, but this "feature" still bugs me, and it's the part that failed on my original cable, it fell apart and stopped working completely over time.
