Another case "How can this be done "

The manufacturability of two radios at this price is simply amazing. I only play ham radio. These are not bulletproof 40 channel CB radios. If the radios can communicate with each other right away, don't mess with them. at least for a while - they work out of the box. Sure, you can use the software with a laptop, but keep that business to a minimum. There's just too much going on here to really screw it up. A seasoned operator will struggle with the full range of offerings in this tiny package.

Great starter kit for new radio amateurs

I have to admit I just passed my technical license exam two weeks ago and haven't broadcast much on these radios yet. But I can give you an idea of this starter pack and I think it's great. First, amateur radio stations are an integral part of network equipment. This is a great product and a great purchase!

My father and three of my brothers were radio amateurs. Now they have all gone to heaven. I have never been interested in amateur radio as my job required a lot of working hours and a lot of traveling around the US and the world. Lately I've developed an interest in getting a license and started reading the requirements for the radio license exam.
