I ordered my usual size, they fit as expected. There were no problems installing spikes. The toe box is a bit narrow for me, maybe because I have a wider foot, but the width doesn't feel restrictive anywhere except at the toe box. I definitely overtightened the straps on the first spin in it and after a few minutes I felt like my toes were numb. Now I leave the strap closest to the toe very loose and that gives me a little more time before the numbness sets in lol. Hopefully it goes away…
