This knot breaker works well. I got it for my pain when I was in law enforcement academy and it has served me well. It's easy to travel with, easy to take with you and use anywhere on site. You can use it on others as well as on yourself. It's not just for knots, it's good for back pain, shoulder pain, and everywhere else. It's a hard little plastic ball, but it works amazingly.

I bought this because it was on one of those infamous "what to buy for the man who has everything" lists. It's not too impressive to justify the price, but I needed a gift. One point in the description is that you can use it alone, but we didn't find it that useful. However, it was great when working with a partner and when being used by the other person.
