I have never used this product before and was very happy to try it but I don't like it. It's very thick and it's very difficult for me to get it out of the bottle. Also, I need a lot of product to cover my shoulder length hair and I shaved the back of my head so not a lot of hair that much. It also doesn't make my hair soft or anything. Not a fan. I won't be buying anymore.

Difficult to get out of bottle, smaller compact container is easier to use but cost effective. Has worked wonders for my natural hair.

It wasn't what I thought it would be. It's actually a very, very thick conditioner that's almost impossible to squeeze out of the bottle. Smells like yogurt. Not uncomfortable, but still. Yogurt. It definitely nourishes my hair and makes it soft.
