They will bite off small bites when they are really hungry, but then they would rather lose weight than continue eating. The smell is also stronger than most cat foods. Your mileage may vary, but I definitely spent some money on this feed. It seems that "high protein" dry cat food (Acana, Orijin, now that) is not palatable to my cats.

Cooper loves it! I did a lot of research on his food after buying him another brand for a long time and found that the ingredients are not that great. I want to give him the best I can afford and that was a great option. He doesn't like wet food, so it has to be dry. It smells strongly of dry food, but that doesn't bother me and I see it as a sign of quality anyway. I ordered this on the 19th August and they had run out on the 9th September for a 5lb kitten. I expected it to last longer but was surprised it lasted long enough.
