The guarantee is a joke!

I have bought at least 20 pairs of Timberland Pro and these were the first to give me severe ankle pain which subsided when I put on other work boots (I have 4 pairs of Timberland in different colors that I wear). and styles). Every time I put them on I feel a lot of pain, so I decided to try their "Comfort Guarantee". I have to pay to ship them and if they find a defect they just send a new pair. If the problem is how they're designed, they don't work for me, then I'll stick with them. $190…
