Great watch unintentionally downgraded

I have loved and worn women's Ironmans for many years now. I bought this new one because my old Timex finally broke while surfing in Central America. I love the alarm clock, the multi-time feature, and especially the Indiglo features that let you know what time it is anywhere, any hour. Take it out of the box, sooner or later it will break. Instead of high-quality rubber that can withstand heavy use and activity, it's cheap hard plastic that's more likely to tear with minimal use. The design of

wonderful product! the best watches

This is the third Timex I've bought and I love them all! I work as a nurse and I have a special watch that I wear to work and I've decided I like it so much that I want it for my everyday life too. I chose this white watch but unfortunately lost it when I took it off for swimming. This is my replacement and it works great. I find that these clocks are relatively easy to program (but not that easy, actually no electric clock is that easy) and that they tend to run for a long time. The only…

The Timex warranty does not apply to the base watch

I purchased this watch on November 1st, 2018. I knew it was a base watch when I bought it. Timax told me to get one with the Timex guarantee, not the Revain guarantee. The backlight stopped working on February 7, 2019. I can get a free return label from Timex. However, there is an $8.00 processing fee. If the battery is the problem, there is a $20 fee to replace the battery. So repairing my $38 watch could potentially cost me $28. In addition, the return takes 2 to 4 weeks. The fact that it's a

Indiglo (light) stopped working within 8 weeks

I bought this watch 2 months ago (July 23, 2017) and 2 weeks ago the indiglo function (illuminates the dial) stopped working. This lighting feature is important to me because I run early in the morning when it's dark and it allows me to see the time and run splits. I just got off the phone with Timex customer service and need to send my watch to Timex for repair which cost me $8 and takes 2-4 weeks. Watches that stop working properly within 8 weeks of purchase must be replaced by the…

Bought this watch as a gift for my daughter.

Bought this watch as a gift for my daughter (11 years old). After a few months of regular use (she didn't even wear it to swim) it started to fog up. I have followed the process of sending it in for repair under the one year warranty listed on this site but have had no messages or hours back and it has been over a month now. There's no phone number to call and no website to contact, so it looks like I'm close to $43 right now. UPDATE: Shortly after I posted the above review, the watch…

Normal for a man (thin wrists)

I have an old men's Ironman that is showing some wear and needs replacing. The group is much longer than I need. The metal clasp sits off-center on the bottom of my wrist, closer to the part of the wrist that curves forward. A strap that is too long sometimes dangles and sticks to things. I couldn't find a men's version with a smaller strap, so I tried this "women's" watch (choosing the manliest of course). i like it more The band sits much better on my wrist with a metal band in the middle and
