UPDATE (May 13, 2018): Timex has not yet sent me a replacement watch. I did everything they asked and the clock doesn't work. It's like they don't want to admit that something is wrong. I tried updating it on Windows and Apple computers. UPDATE (March 21, 2018): I was asked to send the watch to the engineering department. Timex replaces watches with new ones. UPDATE (March 13, 2018): Received a response from Tech Support today. The suggested solution didn't work. They asked me to uninstall all…

Update: My rating just went down from 3 to 1 star. I finally got into the loading/refreshing routine on my desktop. For some reason the software worked better on it than it did on my laptop. I've had a couple of months of pretty good usage. Unfortunately, no run was ever uploaded last week. I see it on the watch but it doesn't load into the program. It must have been a warning that the clock would fail. I connected as usual to update the GPS and the program says to keep the watch connected but…

I had a Garmin Vivoactive 3 which I thought was utterly useless. I wrote an extensive review of this GPS watch, but suffice it to say that it was inaccurate and even if it were, it would be impossible to use while running. This watch is in perfect condition.
