These were not for the 2004 Jaguar. You must have an encoder on one end to read ATS sensors. I installed them and had to take them off and replace them with the correct bearings.

Doesn't work on cars with ABS. It would be nice if this was mentioned in the description. All Jags X types have abs! Why are you selling me an X-bearing without ABS? Such a machine does not exist.

This works great as SKF bearings tend to be more expensive than Timken bearings. And as it turns out, my Tribute came factory fitted with SKF wheel bearings, so an exact replacement for the original. Comparing the two, it seems that SKF has made some changes to the bearing and cage design over the years, so it's good to see they're still okay (no pun intended). Now we're rolling down the road smooth as silk. Do yourself and your Escape/Tribute/Mariner a favor and ditch the cheap chinese junk…
