Love these sturdy spoons. I have daily powdered shakes that require a heaping tablespoon. It's a little more than an even tablespoon, but I use a little less and it's fine. I like the long handle that extends to the protein powder containers and the stainless steel that doesn't stain with liquid turmeric and liquid multivitamins.

I am very happy with these spoons. I confess I don't use them for coffee. I was very frustrated that I could NEVER find a tablespoon in my kitchen!
