I love this product as it makes my hair soft and thick. A little is enough! Low rating for experience. I bought shampoo and conditioner but got 2 conditioners. Be careful when washing your hair and not just conditioning it.

They sent me two conditioners and no shampoo. The All Day Volume Conditioner has a strong chemical smell. Throw it. The other conditioner isn't that bad, but I'm interested in the composition. The product is made in Mexico.

No shampoo, 2 conditioners! I expected to get what I ordered and paid for, 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner. If you buy these products, be sure to test them before you unpack them. I think my only option now is to order the shampoo separately and wait another 2 weeks to get it.

Really naturally lightens hair! Nothing drastic, just a little to make very dark hair look like you have more natural, sun-bleached highlights. Much better than highlighting by hard means.
