Was hoping this would work but don't waste your money. Following the instructions, I cleaned the tire with acetate and began painting over it. I ended up with an outline and the tip started clogging and not releasing any color. According to the second letter, there is no painting, just smearing. It will take hours and probably a dozen pens to complete this. It just doesn't spread well and is no different than a drawing pencil you can buy at a craft store. SUCH A WASTE.

If you want it to stay on your tires and look good despite regular driving, you need to clean your wheels regularly and reapply the paint as it wears off after a short time. However, while it's still on, it's looking pretty good. Make sure you clean the wheels well with paint thinner or acetone before applying the paint if you want it to hold up a bit better.

Great product for what it is! I will definitely follow the instructions and the result will be good. In the photos, the white text "Dunlop Qualifier" was on the tire from the factory and I painted "Metzeler Tourance". I was able to draw both sides of the rear wheel with a pen and didn't feel like I was leaking at all. First, my Acura Legend 95 is a typical car that doesn't have white lettering on the tires. I've been using this tire paint on my car for almost 6 years and only had to touch it up after the winter. What the instructions don't tell you (which you should know anyway) is the temperature, it has to be at least 60 degrees Fahrenheit or the ink won't flow.
