Warm hat I work in a factory where the air temperature is 76 is kept in °F .and I have moisture on the inside of the plastic. it needs more vents. I have a smaller head and an extra Velcro strap. gets caught in your hair and pulls it out or irritates your scalp. I have to cut them off and sew up the end. It should have a hole so more can be put in. It protected my head from several well-placed punches that would have been bloody if I wasn't wearing it.

I get hit by big rigs on a vine so quite often my headgear gets a bit on the undercarriage parts from time to time. The first day with it, and already the threads appear and dissolve on the cover. They also have a fairly large gap of NO protection where the vents are located on the sides and the plastic protection is very light overall. The overall structure is not rigid and flexes throughout. Very happy with this product. It is better to wear a helmet every day. The only negatives I can think of are the lack of ventilation in the inner shell, my head gets sweaty for a few minutes (easy compromise instead of a traditional hard hat). Also the adjustment may or may not be successful, the inner shell really determines how tight the fit will be. Your mileage may vary.
