Soft, absorbent and small (but that's good)

After using a box of disposable pads I decided to switch to more sustainable and natural/healthy materials. After washing they shrunk a bit which made me skeptical as they seemed too small to me but after a few months of use I'm glad they are small as they are not as visible when one of my tops is in this one area is a bit tight. The cotton is very soft and absorbs well (I have a little run). I also like that they don't get dirty and I don't have to wash them first. When I put them in the dryer

  • Nursing Pads
Cons
  • Long Delivery Time

A great alternative to disposables

As a cloth diaper (mostly), it only made sense for mom to try cloth nursing pads. I used them with my first child three years ago. They are long lasting and I can now use the same pads for my second child. I buy more because I have more leaks this time. As others have said, they are not "sealed" in the sense that they don't contain a layer of plastic. Hmm, I don't want to wear plastic so I don't mind. If it leaks more, just replace the gaskets. A simple solution. I wash them in a laundry bagโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Baby products
Cons
  • Unfashionable

They are much softer and more comfortable than disposable nursing pads but be aware they will shrink in the washer/dryer. I washed and dried them in a laundry bag along with other whites and I actually found it helpful to stretch them out with my hands before tossing them back in the bag and into the dryer as they tended to bunch up in the washing machine to roll into small balls. . They're several layers thick, so even drying on high heat, I usually had to lay them out until they wereโ€ฆ

Cons
  • Have been damaged
