After using a box of disposable pads I decided to switch to more sustainable and natural/healthy materials. After washing they shrunk a bit which made me skeptical as they seemed too small to me but after a few months of use I'm glad they are small as they are not as visible when one of my tops is in this one area is a bit tight. They are much softer and more comfortable than disposable nursing pads but be aware they will shrink in the washer/dryer.
