One of my kids loves this style. They are more athletic and smaller. They are softer and more comfortable. Also, the colors stand out. I think it's a great value because you get more. They run true to size but will shrink a little after wearing. In my case, it worked in our favor.

My babies wear underwear in one size 5 and 7, and while superheroes, dinosaurs and sharks LOVE to wear "Just like Dad" underwear. They are very stretchy with spandex in the material and are perfect for both boys (45-50lbs). All 5 packs are in "dad colors" and they walk around in their underwear. The spandex in the material prevents fading and I wash with like colors.

I have ordered a set of five boxers in size 4/5 for my slim 5 year old. Each of them has a reinforced seam and will not pill or shrink with washing. So far they have shown no signs of wear in color or fabric. They are lightweight, breathable and do not restrict movement. They are elastic and soft on his skin. I like monochromatic options. They won't be as noticeable if his shorts or pants are rolled up when he pulls them up. It was a good choice and I will update if my opinion changes.
