I don't like wearing trackers on my wrist and prefer the waist. This clip keeps the tracker in place well and it has never fallen out. My only complaint is that it doesn't offer enough protection around the sides of the screen and is easily scratched/chipped (I found the Alta HR to be quite brittle).
