Slightly disappointed. I ordered a large size for my t-shirt, so maybe I felt the shirt wasn't giving me the support I expected. However, I would not order a medium size: the shirt can be difficult to put on and take off.

Great support, true to size. My only issue was that compression shirts (any kind I'm sure) are very difficult to take off if you have shoulder problems. In order not to undo the help that has been given to me since that day, I need help to withdraw it. This is serious, it works for me and I have chronic back and shoulder pain.

I have upper and lower back issues. In this shirt, my shoulders are in a normal position so I don't get slouched. I ordered a medium but not sure if a large would be better. The shirt is very tight and I'm not sure if it should be.

I have quite a bit of neck pain and stiffness. This shirt is the cure! I work 12 hour shifts as a nurse and it helps my neck and back not hurt as much when I'm done with work. I got the large and it fit a bit more in the shoulders but was still tight, I tried the medium and it was too tight for my liking. I will definitely buy more!

What came to mind when I put this shirt on was 'snorkel suit'. I was hoping for relief from the pain in my shoulders, but I couldn't shake the discomfort—at least for me. I know compression is supposed to be comfortable, but I usually find compression things soothing, which they aren't. Maybe I had wrong expectations. It's nothing more than what they advertise, I just found it impractical.

Order one size larger for longer wear. My husband had one which he got after seeing mine and taking measurements etc. It was so tight that he couldn't wear it at all in the medical center. Of course you have to understand that it will be tight. So he doesn't like anything tight and so it won't be for him.
