TOMY John Deere Animal Sounds Hayride: A Fun Green Preschool Toy Review

Bought this item for Christmas for a 12 month old baby. My overall rating is one star for this reason: It didn't work after a month of play. All three parts are connected to each other, which makes it a bit unwieldy. There is no way to open it for repair, just to replace the batteries. Very disappointed with this product Tomy as was the little boy who taught animal sounds.

I bought this item as a gift a few months before it was due so I'm pretty sure I missed the return deadline. My son loves this toy and so do I, but unfortunately the sound stopped working a week after opening it. I really want to order it for his cousin who also really liked it but judging by the reviews it has happened before. I really wish the sound would still work and last longer.

Sturdy gift for babies in very good quality. My almost 4 year old daughter is inexplicably obsessed with getting a tractor from Santa for Christmas. When I asked her if she wanted anything else, she said maybe the people would go with a tractor. This fully meets the requirements! It's probably perfect for younger kids, but she loves it! The sounds are of good quality and the materials feel solid. We are both happy with this purchase!

My husband and I bought this for our son's birthday. He loves to! Parents are also not annoyed by noise. It entertains my son and doesn't make my eyes twitch like some of his "musical" toys. The animal and the farmer are adorable! I bought it to match the Little People Farm Set. They are compatible. Although I think the Little People's animals look more realistic. Everything seems pretty solid so far.

I ordered this and the sounds stopped working after 2 days. Now the sounds were so cute and one of the best parts of the toy. So Revain sent me a replacement asap. The next day the sounds stopped working on the new one. I replaced the batteries on both before I gave up the noise. My 2 year old still enjoys playing with it but I wouldn't buy it knowing it won't last long with toddlers playing with it.

junk. My kids hardly played with it and when they decided to play with it less than three months later, it stopped working. Changed batteries, turned on/off - nothing. silent. The return window has closed and now I'm stuck with a broken toy and my kids are frustrated because it doesn't make a sound. It does NOT play the Old Macdonald song (when it actually worked) with lyrics. It's just a short musical melody. Very disappointing.

Expensive toy…. Could be for a girl or a boy. No build up. Small animals are placed in the designated parts of the car and make the appropriate noises when pressed (baa sheep, oink pig, etc.). The farmer plays the song "Old McDonald's Farm" when pressed. Very beautiful. The tractor will NOT detach from the carts it is pulling…. This is a long piece connected by hinges. My 2 year old grandson loved it. And the little animals didn't seem small enough to pose a choking hazard. The gift idea is…
