These cartridges work great! We ran out of toner and the drum was running low. My brother didn't have either in stock. It should have taken weeks. Ordered, received the next day, works perfectly. I love this purchase and value. Got 2 cartridges for less than half the cost of a Brother cartridge.

These toners only fit genuine Brother drum HL-L2340DW. I couldn't fit it to my existing drum from any of the generic brands and was about to post that it doesn't fit the HL-L2340DW, but luckily I still had my old drum, the original Brother drum, and it fits in there like a glove. Strange because the other toner I had (a different brand) works with both drum units. So the toner works great as expected, just a warning it may not work with your drum if it is not a genuine Brother drum.

I have read the reviews on this RP820 product and they were good so I felt it safe to use an unbranded replacement. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box, there were two packages! So it was half the price and double the price of the product. Remember that the cartridge in this printer consists of two parts. So this purchase consisted of a replacement RP-820 drum roller and a separately available TN820 toner cartridge. Therefore, you will likely need a roll cartridge AND a toner…

As it's a generic part my Brother printer doesn't recognize it and the ERROR message keeps popping up - print/copy stops etc Worse, still too light on some prints. I will buy another drum but will buy a genuine Brother part (which is more expensive).

Neither drum worked and I know it wasn't the printer because the previous cartridge worked fine only when I put both in did it works. t job. I don't know what the deal was but unfortunately I didn't fit them until after the return period so I now have two defective drums and I can't get my money back.

This is a great ink that is affordable and works just as well as the original ink. We were able to host it with no problems and no weird steps were required to register it and reset the counter. Works great, ink dust won't flow, won't damage paper, no need to use compressed air to clean. Life seems as expected and will buy again. I use a lot of aftermarket inks and am very picky about inks and open to the bad ones. This is a great ink refill option. Dan
