I have read the reviews on this RP820 product and they were good so I felt it safe to use an unbranded replacement. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box, there were two packages! So it was half the price and double the price of the product. Remember that the cartridge in this printer consists of two parts. So this purchase consisted of a replacement RP-820 drum roller and a separately available TN820 toner cartridge. Therefore, you will likely need a roll cartridge AND a toner cartridge to fully restore your printer to perfect printing. It is usually possible to buy the part of the roller that represents this roller last, at the cost of two repeated toner changes.
