Tontron Helmet Camera Yellow Medium Review

Somehow I managed to lose my good riding helmet. I use it as a temporary backup when trail riding in the Chihuahuan desert and mountains. It fits very well and isn't terribly hot. My good riding helmet had an inner padding that this one doesn't have and I miss that. I love that it has a gopro camera mount and am considering buying one.

What a cool helmet and an extraordinary colour! This was a gift for a friend who is an inline skater and needed a helmet to skate safely. She LOVES it and it matches her eye color! The helmet is of the latest construction and design, is easy to adjust and offers exceptional comfort. The camera mount plate isn't cheap at all, and even if you don't add a camera, it gives you a little more solid reinforcement at the front of the helmet if you do a headbutt.

This helmet has many great features. Firstly, there is no traditional clip on the strap, but rather a magnetic piece that attaches together. When I read the description of this feature I was skeptical that it would come loose, but it actually works very well (see my photos). The adjustment strap on the back also works great as having a GoPro on the helmet makes the front heavier, the adjustment strap keeps the helmet from tipping forward. Since we moved away from biking, skating, skiing and skateboarding; We have used many GoPro helmet mounts. They work, but there's nothing worse than losing your camera when the sticker loses its stickiness. Try to find a GoPro that you lost after a 21 mile ride.
