I have used this product for many years. Ordered this for a low price ($20 retail at Ulta). I noticed that the product was a bit runny which resulted in wrinkles after application which is very unusual for this product. It looked pretty sketchy so I bought Ulta's real Too Faced Primer for comparison, the tube on the right. This was the first time I tried this item. When I received it I noticed that the texture was oily and runny. I figured the primer wasn't supposed to be like that and that it's either old or fake. So I bought the same product in Ult and the texture was firmer and creamier and not as runny as the other one. I put the texture of two on my arm. The top one is from Revain and the bottom one is from the Ult. Strange, but the packaging is very similar 😬

Firstly, if you don't use primer when applying eye make-up, you're doing yourself a disservice! Ladies (and gentlemen :D), whichever brand you end up buying, trust me, eye primers are generally easy to apply and dry quickly.
